Delivery and Processing:
What is processing time?
-This includes the verification, location, and packaging of your order.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
-Processing can take anywhere from 1 to 3 days, depending on the size
and complexity of your order. Your items could be spread among any of
our store locations, and transfers between stores can take a couple
days.
What do I do if my package is damaged?
-If the package or contents are damaged or missing, please contact the
shipping courier that delivered your order. If box appears damaged,
have shipper make notation when you receive your package if possible.
Shipping Information:
How are domestic shipping rates calculated?
-Our rates are calculated on the average cost of sending a package within
the United States, plus any additional cost based on the size of the
package. Usually, these rates are only applicable within the contiguous
US.
How are international shipping rates calculated?
-We calculate these rates after the order is placed. We will contact you
via email, phone, or regular mail after these rates have been determined
to confirm your order and give you the total price for your items. If
you would like to check how much an order would cost before you place
it, please contact us with your full address and the items you would
like to order and we will send your shipping rate within a day or two.
What about import fees and other miscellaneous charges?
-The customer is responsible for all such charges, including but not limited
to: import fees, duties, levies, and taxes. Please check with your local
government agency to find out about which charges if any will apply
to you before you order.
Can you deliver to my P.O. box?
-No. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Which carriers do you use?
-For most orders, we use USPS Priority Mail. However, UPS may be used
from time to time, depending on location and package dimensions.
Sales Tax:
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
-Sales tax is only applicable to orders that are shipped to Arkansas,
Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
-Yes, but only if package tracking was purchased for your order. All returns
must be shipped back to our warehouse within seven days, and all returned
items must be in their original condition. Please do not attempt to
return items that do not meet that requirement.
How do I return a product?
-Before sending back the package, please contact us at orders@vintagestock.com
or call us at 417-623-1550 beforehand. Our office hours are 9-5 PM CST
Monday - Friday. After we receive your order, we will contact you to
confirm the status of your return. If the return is valid, we will send
a refund in the same form as the original payment you purchased with
within 1 to 2 weeks.

How do I use the search function?
-Enter the name of what you’re looking for into the box. When possible,
try to use the most specific words you can, and avoid common words such
as “the” and “a”.
How do I view the items in my shopping cart?
-Simply click on the “My Cart” button located at the top
of the page.
How do I add an item to my cart?
-Click on the “Add to Cart” button of the item that you would
like to purchase. You can then either continue shopping or proceed to
check out.
How do I change quantities of items in my cart?
-Change the quantity for the item in your cart by entering a new number
in the quantity field and then click “Update”.
How do I place an order?
-After placing the items that you would like to purchase into your cart,
proceed to checkout and follow the directions provided. You will be
asked for your shipping and billing information at this time. Afterwards,
click the confirm button to place your order.
Ordering:
What forms of payment do you accept?
-We accept the following credit cards:
American Express
Discover
MasterCard
Visa
We also accept checks (Please allow time for your check to clear before
we ship your order) and money orders. We do not accept PayPal on our website
at this time.
Can I cancel my order?
-If you would like to cancel an order, please send an email to orders@vintagestock.com
with the word “Cancel” and your order number in the subject
line. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that are shipped or being
shipped. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of original order.

Buying:
Do you buy items online?
-Yes we do. If you would like to sell us an item, please send us an email including
the name, type of item, description including quality, and at least one well-lit
photo or scan of the item. We will send a reply email to you stating our
interest in the item and an estimate of how much we will pay for it. If we
would like to purchase it, please ship it to 202 E. 32nd St, Joplin, MO 64804.
Please allow at least 2 business days for thorough inspection of the item.
After this, we will send you another email saying whether we will buy the
item or not, and exactly how much we will pay for it. If you accept, then
we will send you a check. If, after review of the item, we determine that
we cannot purchase it due to quality or some other factor, then we will ship
the item back to you in the same state as we received it at your cost.
I sent my item, but you never received
it, what do I do?
-We are not responsible for items that never reached us. We suggest that you
purchase tracking or insurance from your carrier when sending us a package.
You didn’t buy my item, but I
never received it back.
-Please send us an email describing your item and the date you received the
declination email from us. We purchase tracking for all items shipped back
to you, and we will contact the carrier used in order to resolve the issue.
I changed my mind about selling the
item after I shipped it.
-In this event, please send us an email as soon as possible with “Do
not want to sell” in the subject line. Depending on the status of the
purchase, we will determine a solution on a case-by-case basis. If we have
not determined whether we will buy it or not by this point, you will be responsible
for the return shipping.
Guarantees:
Do you have a guarantee on your
used items?
-Yes, our used movies, music, and video games are guaranteed for 7 days. If
they do not work, please follow the return policy instructions and we will
refund your purchase or exchange for a similar item.
