Q. Does Vintage Stock provide training?
A. Yes. Vintage Stock provides training for you, your
managers and key employees before, during and after the opening of your
first Vintage
Stock retail facility. This training will take place at one of our affiliate-owned
locations in either Tulsa, Oklahoma or Joplin, Missouri.
This extensive training includes all aspects of store operations, marketing,
advertising, promotion, point of sale, pricing guidelines, hiring and
human resources.
Initial training will include one week at a corporate
training facility, followed by two weeks on-site at the franchisee’s
store prior to and during the soft opening.
Ongoing support will include both online and in-person training, with
corporate support staff making field visits to stores approximately every
45 to 60 days.
